Fee Structure: Admission To The Care Home

All those individuals who are interested in residing with us are encouraged to arrange a visit.

We are always looking forward to meeting new Residents and will happily organise a free, friendly chat without any obligation.

If our care home proves to be interest, our management team can provide a detailed report that confirms and clarifies the needs of the Service User whilst staying in our care.

We also encourage all potential Service Users to spend a day with us at the care home to meet the team, view their room and to enjoy a meal. 

A written contract explaining the level and type of care to be delivered will be provided for consideration. Fees for delivering said care will also be highlighted in the document.

Only when all of the contract terms have been agreed and prepared can the planned admission proceed.

Fees & Financial Arrangements

We understand that the care of each Resident should be tailored around his or her individual needs. At Gresley House Residential Home, we are dedicated to providing quality care services that represent good value for money. Our fees are independently structured for each Service User, as we recognise that every resident requires varying types and levels of care.

Payments for care services can be made privately, or though benefits and government funding. All payments are due monthly in advance via Direct Debit or standing order.

Care Services Provided:

• Furnished bedroom with cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe
• Fully trained support staff, available 24 hours per day
• Access to GP surgery and multi disciplinary team
• Central heating and laundry services
• Single bed with new mattress
• Special diets careered for

• Home cooked meals

Care Services With Additional Cost:

• Books, magazines and newspapers
• Mobile hairdressing services
• Bus trips and taxi journeys
• External telephone calls
• Chiropodist care
