Safety Policies & Procedures
At Gresley House Residential Home, we adhere to strict quality procedures and monitor all of our care services, processes and the health of our Service Users. We understand the importance of care and attention, making the safety of our Residents an absolute priority.
With this in mind, we frequently ask family members and Service Users themselves for comments and feedback regarding their care and the environment provided.
Communal meetings with Service Users and their family members provide the ideal opportunity to discuss all aspects of the care home, and to ensure strict standards of care are always maintained.
All medication issued and administered to Service Users is done so by level 3 trained carers, under the strict instruction of a Doctor. The local GP Surgery provides additional support when required, and has experience in caring for many of our residents over the years.
Gresley House Residential Home is fitted with fire alarm and detection systems, as well as fire exit notices and emergency exit notices placed strategically within the property.
All of our Care Assistants and support staff are provided with mandatory training on fire prevention and evacuation, with all alarm and detection systems checked and tested on a weekly basis as recommended by the local fired department.
